By applying to and using Vettd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Vettd. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to verify age and terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.
3. Platform Purpose
Vettd is a professional networking platform for adult content creators to find collaboration partners, agree on deal terms, and coordinate bookings. Vettd does not host, distribute, or store explicit content of any kind. All collaboration arrangements are made independently between creators.
4. Account Approval
Access to Vettd is by application only. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Approved accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misrepresent your identity, harass or threaten other users, use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to circumvent any platform safety features. Vettd reserves the right to remove any content or account that violates these standards.
6. Collaboration Arrangements
Vettd facilitates introductions and coordination between creators. We are not a party to any collaboration agreement between users. All agreements, payments, and deliverables are solely between the creators involved. Vettd takes no commission and assumes no liability for the outcome of any collaboration.
7. Privacy
Your use of Vettd is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Vettd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vettd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
